Venezia Pechino Overland: the new silk road
Food and wine Italian excellences are travelling through the ancient silk road, discovered by Marco Polo, in an ideal trip to Pechino.
The Director of ICELab@Polito, Guido Perboli, attended a seminary organized by AIKAL (International association of firms, professionals and managers) and Veneto Region, on February 22nd.
Works have been opened by Ettore Bonalberti, President of AIKAL, with the contributions of Mario Guadalupi, Project Leader, and Beppe Tenti, Expedition Leader OVERLAND.
The working table discussed about opportunities, critical aspects and future prospects of the project. Different representatives of firms and agri-food districts attended, such as Ferruccio Dardanello (President of Camera di Commercio Cuneo), Giuseppe Ambrosi (President of Camera di Commercio Brescia and President of Assolatte), Monica Scarpa (CEO SAVE s.p.a Venezia Airport), Nicola Cesare Baldrighi (President Consorzio Grana Padano), Federica Bosello (Adriatic Sea Port System), Giampiero Comolli (Professor in Productive-Tourist Districts) and Guido Perboli (Director ICELab@Polito).
